Starting today, you will be able to ‘farm’ Verso’s VSO token using SWAP. We made an important step to make that possible by having Avalanche host SWAP on their Ethereum <> Avalanche bridge.
This means that all you have to do is to bridge your SWAP token from Ethereum to Avalanche to be able to participate in the Verso yield farming pool once it launches. We need to emphasize that one of the best things about yield farming on Avalanche is the minuscule gas fees, which can boost farmers’ profits.

How to get started
To join the Verso farming pool on Avalanche and grab some of the $20,000 worth of VSO tokens, you’ll need to ensure the following:
First, have SWAP tokens available on the Avalanche blockchain
If you are an existing Avalanche user, you can visit the Pangolin DEX at https://app.pangolin.exchange and purchase SWAP using your USDT tokens. Afterwards you can connect your Avalanche wallet to Metamask for additional convenience (instructions here).
If you host your SWAP tokens on the Ethereum network, you will first need to bridge your SWAP tokens to Avalanche. You can do this by using the Ethereum <> Avalanche bridge at https://bridge.avax.network. Make sure you have enough ETH to cover gas fees for the transfer.
Next, take your SWAP tokens on the appropriate yield farming pool
Head to https://dashboard.trustswap.com/app/launchpad-staking-pools
(Don’t forget to ensure that your Metamask wallet is set to Avalanche).
Next, Locate the appropriate farming pool, in this case the SWAP/VSO farming pool
Click on the Stake VSO button
You will be asked how many SWAP you would like to stake. Enter the appropriate figure and click Stake. Remember that the more SWAP you staked the more VSO tokens you’d be awarded.
And finally, approve the incoming Metamask transaction
Your Metamask wallet will trigger a request, asking you to approve a smart contract function. Click Confirm. This will send your SWAP tokens to the staking smart contract, which means your tokens are now staked and you will be eligible for farming rewards that will be gradually accrued over a period of thirty days.
Make sure you claim your VSO tokens periodically or all at once by visiting https://dashboard.trustswap.com/app/claimtokens. Since your Metamask is already set to Avalanche you will be able to see some VSO tokens available to claim.
Finally, don’t forget to have some AVAX which is used to pay for gas fees on the Avalanche network.
